These Terms govern access to and use of Enab OS, operated by Enab LLC. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Must be 18+ and able to form a binding contract.

2. Account registration

You're responsible for credential confidentiality and account activity.

3. Description of Service

Accounting, invoicing, POS, inventory, and wallet functionality; features vary by plan per enab-os.com/pricing.

4. Subscription plans and billing

Billed monthly/annually as selected. Plan limits (businesses, storage, transactions) per pricing page. Fees non-refundable except as required by law. Pricing changes with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable use

No unlawful purposes/money laundering/fraud; no circumventing plan limits or security; no reverse engineering; no malware/unauthorized access; no impersonation.

6. Financial data and accuracy

You are solely responsible for data accuracy. Enab OS does not provide accounting/legal/tax advice.

7. Wallet and payments

Governed by separate Wallet Terms (incorporated by reference). Stripe's terms also apply.

8. Intellectual property

Enab LLC owns the Service; you own your business/financial data.

9. Termination

We may suspend/terminate for violations, non-payment, or fraud. You may terminate anytime; records retained per Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

Service provided "as is," no uptime/error-free guarantee.

11. Limitation of liability

Enab LLC not liable for indirect/incidental/consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing law

Governed by the laws of [INSERT STATE].

13. Changes to these Terms

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
