Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscription billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Enab OS, operated by Enab LLC.

1. Subscription billing

Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Growth) are billed either monthly or annually, based on the option you select at signup. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - you will retain access to your paid plan's features until that date, and will not be charged again afterward.

3. Refunds

  • Monthly plans: Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable. You will continue to have access through the end of the period you've paid for.

  • Downgrading plans: If you downgrade to a lower-priced plan, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle; we do not provide partial refunds for the difference in the current period.

4. Free plan

Enab OS offers a permanent Free plan with limited storage and transactions - this is not a time-limited trial. There is no charge or refund consideration for Free plan usage, since it is not a paid subscription.

5. Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and will notify you. Your account may be downgraded to the Free plan if payment cannot be successfully processed after a reasonable number of attempts.

6. Data after cancellation

Your business data remains accessible on the Free plan after cancelling a paid subscription, subject to Free plan limits. Data is not deleted upon cancellation unless you separately request account deletion, in which case our standard data retention rules (see Privacy Policy) apply.

7. Enterprise plans

Refund and cancellation terms for custom Enterprise agreements are governed by the specific contract signed with Enab LLC, not this general policy.
